We believe Auschwitz is something much more than just a regular Museum. One should think of a visit in more of an 'life experience' category.
Welcome to Krakow. The most beautiful 'hidden pearl' of eastern Europe. Krakow's old town area is very compact.
Krakow is a city of silent „live stones” that have witnessed centuries of scary, bloody and brutal history.
„Comrades!!! Capitalism in Poland has not won yet! Our socialistic ideas and traditions have survived!
1. Where do you meet?
The meeting point is by the small white St. Adalbert (Wojciech) church in the southern corner of the Main Market Square and at the beginning of GRODZKA street (that's the single street coming out of the square corner towards the Wawel castle). Please take a look at <> – there is a map and a photo of the meeting place.
2. What are the tour departure times?
We meet daily at 10.00 (10 am) for „Jewish Quarter and Retracing the Schindler's List Tour” and at 14.00 (2 pm) for „Old Town Walk”. Guides always wait for 5 min if you are running late, but please respect your fellow travellers and try to make it on time. If you need to contact our office – please call 00 48 510 394 657 or visit us at GRODZKA Street No. 2 (courtyard).
3. How do I recognize the guide?
Guides carry our company logo or our leaflets and wear a special official licensed guide plate on their chest. They look for people looking for us – so you just have to look interested and they will find you. It also helps when you carry our leaflet.
4. Do I have to reserve?
No. For our walking tours bookings are not required. You just have to turn up at our meeting point.
5. Where can I get the tour tickets?
You can get the tickets from the guide (usually this is sorted out half way through the tour, during our coffee break) or in our office before the tour begins – our office is at GRODZKA Street No. 2 (courtyard)
6. How long is the tour?
Depending on the group size and the time of the year, tours last for about 2.5 – 3 h
7. Are there any entrance fees? Do we go in anywhere?
No. Entrance fees are not included. We want to keep our tours on the low budget, therefore we go to see all the major sights but we do not go in anywhere where entrance fees are mandatory. Our guides will provide you with all the history and practical info regarding the sights worth seeing and if you are interested you can come back later on your own.
8. Am I fit enough?
Our tours are conducted at a relaxed pace. We designed the routes having in mind that our guests represent different length of life experience, therefore you will not feel rushed.
